OUR PREFERED CLIENTS
Domaine Champlain is aimed mainly at retired or semi-ritered people (50 +) who wish to reduce le size, care, maintenance costs and investment in their home. You want an alternative to condos because you still want to enjoy the advantages of a home without the inconvenients associated with it. You are looking for an quiet and safe place where community life is pleasing while retaining the intimacy of your own home.

RENTING VERSUS BUYING YOUR LOT
We will now offer two options to our clients. You can either rent or buy your lot. If you buy, you will benefit from an exceptionnal price on the lots. We offer, for only $6.25/sq.ft.. (a lot averaging 6 400sq/ft., including paid municipal infrastructures, levelling of your lot, landscaping, preparation of two parking spaces, an outside lamp post at the entrance and the notary fees.
